Surreal Art: It is an artists way of expressing a certain perspective or message they want to share through art that you must question yourself to understand. It encourages you to think past “normal” and let the creativity in your brain flow.
To me this piece of art expresses the strong feeling we all get of feeling trapped in our own heads, sometimes to where we feel as though we are yelling in our own heads trying to get out, which is resembled by the lady behind the bars.
